  • Property Rights: All parts remain the property of the BodyKit Online Store team until full payment is received.
  • Payment Completion: A payment is considered complete only once the funds have been successfully credited to the seller's account.
2. Processing & Communication

The most efficient way to order is through our web store.
  • Lead Times: Standard orders are processed within 12–14 business days.
  • Backorders: If an item is on backorder, you will receive a notification via email.
  • Accuracy: Please ensure you provide a valid email address during checkout to receive all transaction updates and shipping confirmations.

We accept payments via VISA and MASTER CARD (via STRIPE), as well as PAYONEER and PAYPAL.

4. Warranty & Professional Installation (Disclaimer)

Safety First: All parts manufactured or sold by BodyKit Online Store must be installed by a licensed professional technician.
  • Risks: Improper installation or misuse of aftermarket parts increases the risk of property damage, serious injury, or death.
  • Temperature Warning: BodyKit Online Store is not responsible for damage to components operated at temperatures at or below -25°C (-13°F).
  • FRP Parts (Fiberglass): All shipped FRP parts come with a gel coat finish. Priming and painting are the buyer's sole responsibility. Surface scratches are a normal part of the manufacturing process and must be addressed during the priming and painting stage by a licensed technician at the buyer's expense.
5. Legal Use & Compliance (Off-Road Only)

All vehicle modification components, unless explicitly exempt by local laws, are intended for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY.
  • Racing Use: These components are legal only for racing vehicles that are never driven on public roads or highways.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Federal and state laws often prohibit the modification of emission or safety devices on vehicles used on public roads. Violations may result in fines or penalties.
  • Vehicle Warranty: Installation of these parts may void your vehicle's factory warranty. The owner assumes all risks, costs, and legal liabilities associated with these modifications.
