1. SECURE PAYMENT (Global Payments)

For your convenience and protection, we utilize a robust international financial infrastructure. All payments are processed through our legal entity registered in Georgia (IE Dmitrii Podobriaev, ID 305577257).

  • STRIPE (Visa / MasterCard): The world’s most reliable system for instant card payments globally (including Apple Pay and Google Pay). Your data is encrypted according to PCI DSS standards; we never store your card information.
  • PAYPAL (Recommended): We have been working with PayPal for over 3 years. It is the gold standard for security, with every purchase covered by the "Buyer Protection Program."
  • PAYONEER: We accept payments via Payoneer bank transfers (ideal for corporate clients and businesses).

2. PRODUCTION TIMELINES

Every component at Body Kit Online Store undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure a perfect finish.

  • Standard Orders: Preparation and processing typically take 12–15 days.
  • Complex/Large Orders: Between 15 and 20 days.
  • Carbon Fiber Parts (Infusion): Production takes 25–30 days. This process requires strict adherence to temperature cycles to achieve maximum structural integrity and a flawless, transparent weave.
The production queue is assigned immediately upon payment confirmation.

3. SHIPPING GUARANTEE (Bulletproof Packaging)

Composite parts require specialized handling. Unlike fragile mass-market alternatives, our fiberglass products are engineered to be flexible. Nevertheless, we wrap every item in a "bulletproof cocoon":

  • Surface Protection: Soft-touch materials to prevent scratches.
  • Shock Absorption: Dense, multi-layered corrugated cardboard.
  • Crating: Rigid wooden frames are used for oversized components.
Important: Please inspect your package in the presence of the courier. If you notice any damage to the packaging, file an official Damage Report on the spot. This document is required for us to issue a refund or provide a replacement at our expense.
Evidence of damages and/or breakage of packaging or goods must be reported to Body Kit online store Team and shipping carrier immediately. If damage is observed, refuse the package and "return to sender".
If damage of the goods is detected after the acceptance of the parcel from delivery company and it is clear that goods were damaged in transit (due to pressing, smashing, piercing or other force), Body Kit online store Team will not bear any responsibility for this and will not compensate any loss incurred during this transaction as well as costs for the product and delivery.

4. GLOBAL SHIPPING & RATES

We ship worldwide via Air Mail (EMS or equivalent carriers) and provide a tracking number for every order.
Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Europe / UK: 15–20 business days.
  • USA / Canada / Japan: 15–20 business days.
  • Asia / Africa (including Tanzania): 15–20 business days.
  • Australia / New Zealand / South America: 25–35 business days.
Delivery times are approximate and may be extended.

Save on Shipping: If you are ordering multiple items (e.g., a front lip, side skirts, and a spoiler), please contact us before paying. Consolidating items into a single shipment can significantly reduce your shipping costs.

5. POLICIES & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Shipping Address: We ship to the address provided during checkout. Please verify your details before completing the payment.
  • Customs & Duties: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer, in accordance with the laws of your country.
  • Support: If you have questions regarding stock availability or compatibility with your specific chassis (Caldina, Subaru, BMW E90, etc.), please message us via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email before purchasing.

Currently, direct shipping to Australia and New Zealand is closed, but we can ship items up to 1 meter in size to these countries through our resellers in other countries.

We ship all orders to the address specified during checkout as the "shipping address". Please use a real deliverable address. Body Kit online store Team will not be held responsible for the loss of a package due to inaccuracies in the "shipping address". Money paid for undeliverable packages returned to Body Kit online store Team will be refunded to the customer with withhold shipping charges.

Shipping charges are based on weight and dimensions. Shipping times estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Tracking information, if obtainable, will be emailed to the customer when a package leaves our shop. International shipments can be delayed due to Customs which are beyond the control of Body Kit online store Team. The Body Kit online store Team is not responsible for the actions of your country's customs.

International shipments can take 30 days or more to reach destination. Any duties, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your country's Customs and Tariff Policies before placing an order.

Items currently not in stock will ship as soon as they become available. Production period can take several weeks. Exact production period would be acquired from sales manager. Updates on availability will be emailed when possible to the customer. Some items may remain on hold longer than originally quoted. Back-orders may be canceled for a full refund before they ship.

If you received a wrong item, contact Body Kit online store Team at within 10 business days from the date of receipt to obtain a valid return merchandise authorization. Replacements will be sent once the wrong item has been received and confirmed by Body Kit online store Team.
