1. Receiving Your OrderPlease inspect your package
immediately upon arrival.
- Reporting Issues: Any claims for defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items must be reported to the BodyKit Online Store team within 10 business days of receipt.
- Inspection Requirement: To qualify for an exchange or refund, the item must be inspected and approved by our team. All original packaging materials must be included.
- Important: Once a product has been installed or modified in any way, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
2. Shipping & Damage Liability- Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping costs, handling fees, and insurance are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and associated fees, regardless of the reason for the return (including damage in transit or vehicle non-conformity).
- Transit Damage: If damage occurs during transit (due to pressing, smashing, or piercing) and is discovered after you have accepted the parcel from the delivery company, BodyKit Online Store bears no responsibility. We will not compensate for losses incurred during transaction, product costs, or delivery in such cases.
3. Returns of "New" MerchandiseYou may return "New" (unused/uninstalled) items for an exchange or refund within
10 days from the date of shipment.
- Condition: "New" means the item shows no signs of usage, mounting, or installation damage. Modification of any kind voids your right to a return or refund.
- Restocking Fee: Eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Process: Returns must be shipped prepaid. Please keep your tracking information; we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. Include a copy of your original invoice and contact details.
4. Cancellations- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately to halt processing.
- After Shipment: Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under our "New Merchandise" return policy.
- Exclusions: Special orders or customized items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
5. Responsibility & Refunds- Fitment: It is the sole responsibility of the customer or installer to verify the correct size and application of all parts before beginning installation.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
